Accessibility Guide

Aims

We aim to create sustainable holiday experiences for everyone to enjoy.

Accessibility, inclusion and respect

We understand that different people have different needs and we will try our best to accommodate the needs of all who visit Wolf Wood Treehouses. If you have a physical or hidden disability – do read this accessibility guide to see what measures we already have in place or do feel free to reach out so that we can discuss your personal situation and work out how best we can accommodate your needs.

Accessibility

Due to the woodland location and ‘experience’ aspect of our accommodation – not all areas or treehouses are wheelchair accessible. For those with mobility problems – Black Wolf Treehouse may be a good option. The treehouse has a flat entrance bridge from the tarmac car parking space and the accommodation is all on one level with plenty of space to move around – do take a look at the virtual tour to see if you think the accommodation is suitable for you.

We understand that many disabilities are hidden. Wolf Wood offers a secluded and peaceful retreat, emersed in nature, which may suit some people with disabilities such as autism, anxiety or depression. If you are travelling with a support animal – please inform us before booking so that we can help you choose the accommodation that would best suit your situation.

You are welcome to arrange a shopping delivery to your treehouse door. Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose all deliver to the door – the postcode for deliveries is EX20 4JD, please add your treehouse name to the order.

We are happy to provide information in large print on request.

We can provide information about things to do in the local area to suit your disability. Please call us to discuss your needs.
